I discovered a leak in the one of the apartments of a recently purchased four-plex so I contacted Roto-Rooter this past Sunday. Their customer service staff is very efficient and keep contact with you on appointment day. The plumber (Bill, Tech#1581) was excellent. He arrived on time, assessed the issue quickly, quoted a fair price for the work and completed the work during my lunch hour. I am very pleased with the Roto-Rooter and I would definitely recommend them to landlords and residential customers. Thanks again Roto-Rooter!

I called this service in a pinch one night- William had just finished his last job of the day, but came out to help me anyway! He was extremely courteous, professional and personable, and eased my worries. He efficiently repaired the issue and made sure all my questions were answered! He truly went above and beyond- even after regular work hours. I never write reviews, but I’m so grateful for William’s kindness (not to mention fixing my plumbing problem in a pinch!). Great service. Diagnosed and fixed water heater problem that stumped other plumbers. Only complaint- the lady that answers the phone and schedules appointments is very rude.
