Great plumbing service that is responsible on price. Speedy service. Did not try to take advantage of a bad situation with my home plumbing. Blaine is a knowledgeable and an excellent plumber. He is great with his explanation about the problem and the solution. Wonderful service. Previous plumbing companies charged excess costs for simple solutions. I am so grateful I have Blue Frogs number in my phone. Really went the extra mile for my home repair. Outstanding!!!!!

All I can say is that it is a blessing that we discovered Bob's Plumbing in Harahan!!! We were prepping a small rental house for closing of sale. A somewhat complex situation arose with correcting the problems on the inspection list and post act of sale. In the course of correcting these problems, we had the occasion to deal with Frank, the Office Manager, and three plumbers: Josh, Marty, and Mike. Don't know what we would have done without them. Frank was super-patient and cooperative. The plumbers were all very knowledgeable, professional, and super easy to work with. Our only regret is that our advanced age, we did not discover them much earlier in our lives since they have been around for over 50 years! Only giving Bob's a five-star rating because there is nothing higher!

We were having an issue with our toilets backing up and we didn’t know the problem. Guy came out and insisted it was a clog and he just needed to pull up the toilet to get the clog. Charged us 260 dollars. However, that wasn’t the only clog on that line.Turns out he didn’t run the line all the way to the city and there was a second clog. When he came back out, he charged us another 175 because he said he had to run the line through a different side of the house to get the second clog. Then , he acted as he was doing us a favor by not charging us over time rate because he didn’t get to us until after hours although we called before 12pm.It wasn’t our fault it took him that long to get us because we would have been find with him coming out the next day but the company didn’t ask and just sent him.

We called Saia Plumbing for two things: the lever on our tub would not stay in place when lifted and the bathroom sink leaked on the hot side while the cold was turned on. The plumber fixed the lever, however, damaged the cover on the tub lever in the process (see photo). Secondly, he tightened something on the sink but I discovered it was still leaking after the fact. I emailed the owner requesting a second visit, but during this second visit nothing was accomplished. We were just told to buy a new bathroom faucet and a new cover for the tub lever. I purchased a new cover, installed it myself, and replaced the cartridges on the sink to fix the leak. The tub lever got stuck again and I fixed it with some WD40. We paid $160 to be told to replace items that did not need replacing. Lesson learned.
