Best Drain Replacement in New Orleans LA

The only thing I was not happy with was the sheetrock holes. That were left and not repaired. Had to call out another guy to repair them but the company had a name on file for sheetrock repair. The plumbing job was very good no leaks.
Plumber and crew very nice and cleaned up their mess. Took about two days.

Justin was prompt, professional and did a great job explaining the issue I was having with my AC unit. While I find the cost of AC replacement to be a little ludicrous, I can’t blame Justin or Surgi’s. Highly recommend their service. A good piece of advise, upgrade your unit on your terms. Don’t wait until you have no choice!

Installation of Gas stove. Brilliant service. He was on the job on time, worked away efficiently, explained the job done as well as the operation of the unit and the compliance certificate then left a clean workspace behind.

Let me start off this negative review by saying that I used these guys last year too and the tech's do great work... if you can get them to your house. The problem you will have is dealing with the office. I normally try to chalk up bad service to a fluke, but I've had the same problem both times I've dealt with these guys a year apart. That tells me that my first bad experience was not just an accident.

This time I called the office for a leak (my ceiling is wet). I had to call 3 times to actually talk to someone. They don't have voicemail set up, so you can't leave a message. The lady said they couldn't get someone out until Monday (I talked to them on Thursday) and I asked if someone could tell me what to do to prevent more damage in the meantime. She said she would have someone call me back, but now it's Sunday and I haven't heard from anyone.

Last year was a similar story. Took multiple tries to actually get someone on the phone. Then after I had an appointment scheduled, they called me about 3 hours after they were scheduled to be here, telling me that the tech was out sick. They said they would call back in a few days to reschedule. After a week I had to call them back because no-one ever called me. When they finally got here the techs did a great job, but it took about 3 weeks after my initial call.

Great service and very reasonably priced. Showed up quick and on time.

I gave this company a call to see if they could fix a plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom vanity. Their response was quick and they showed an interest to help me out on a short notice. Roy and Troy came out, went to work, and addressed the problem even when Louisiana's weather wouldn't cooperate. Very reasonable with the price. You can't go wrong with this company. They will treat you right and very courteous with any questions you may have. Definitely give them a 5-star rating!!

I highly do NOT recommend this company!!! They are a bunch of crooks that just like to steal people's money. We had them come out to unclog our bathroom drain, and they charged us an obnoxious amount of money to first just take the toilet off. Second, to stay for 30 minutes to barely unclog the drain and leave an obnoxious MESS behind in our bathroom. Two days later we had the same problems. they did not fix it the second time they came around, and now they are trying to charge us 10,000 dollars to fix supposed problem. Bunch of crooks that don't know what they are doing! Very frustrated!!!

Josh S came out to service my AC Condenser and duct work, etc. He identified several issues with my duct system.

They were amazingly good. Mike abd Chris came to replace the water heater. They were punctual, highly professional. They had the best price.

Replaced a bathroom faucet and a ceramic cylinder on the kitchen faucet. Resealed around another faucet. All quality work and professional. Walter and Kane were terrific and professional.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
