Timely BUT EXPENSIVE $350 for a simple garbage disposal swap and I provided the new garbage disposal. Refuse to provide an estimate over the phone for obvious reasons. Overall great work but won’t use again due to CRAZY pricing

I contacted Blue Frog to have an AC unit installed. Initially, the experience was great. The tech was super responsive, showed up quick and was able to schedule us within a couple of days for a full minisplit system install. Dakota was really great to work with. Unfortunately, and through no fault of his own, the compressor in my unit was bad from the factory which he diagnosed. I was told I needed to buy a replacement compressor and then he could come back out to install it. The compressor took several weeks to arrive and once it did, i reached back out and was told i would be scheduled in the next couple of days. Never heard anything and reached out again after that and was told that his manager would get back to me the next monday. That came and went and so i started calling the main office number and was told the manager would call me back that day. i called several days in a row and finally got a call back from the manager, Andrew, who told me Dakota was no longer with the company and that I wouldnt be able to get an appointment for another 2 weeks due to his staff all being out with Covid. I continued to follow up with him after asking if it was okay to check in via text each day. After calling him two days after the two week mark, Andrew told me that a tech would be in the next day and that I would be the first appointment. I said great and thought i finally had an appointment. That was a bold faced lie as no one showed up and despite his read receipts being on, never responded to me asking what the ETA was for the technician.

I've never worked with a company with such contempt for its clients and i would give them zero stars if i could. I strongly advise against using this company given my experience and recommend you go with literally anyone else for your home issues.

This company has been amazing from the initial phone call to the final clean-up. We had a huge project - digging tunnels under our entire home to correct the poor job that was done when the home was built. They were professional, showed up on time, and contacted us for every step along the way. Despite multiple surprises under the house, they explained everything to us and did not move forward until we understood and gave them the go-ahead. They cleaned up behind themselves every day, which really stood out. The work was by no means “cheap”, but in this line of work, you get what you pay for and we have confidence the job was done right.

The job was paid in full, however due to lack of knowledge the
plumbing company didnt backfill the property to prohibit it from
creating sink holes as well as damages to the exterior bricks,
ceiling, walls, molding, and baseboards. Fitz Plumbing also
charged us for work that was not completed. Additionally the
backfill is still sitting in our yard as they never came back as
promised to rectify the situation. A refund of $4,810. is to be
refunded immediately for the poor workmanship done on our
residence. Additionally, I have attached an invoice for a second
plumber that had to come out for a sewage repair due to the lack
of repairs made by Fitz Pluming that also needs to be reimbursed
to me immediately. I have additionally requested a copy of
licenses of the 3 plumbers that you had at our house
unsupervised along with numerous requests for a copy of your
insurance policy. If the refunds in the amount of $4,889, licenses,
and insurance policy is not provided to us by the close of
business on 8/26/2022. I will have no option to pursue this in a
legal matter.

The price was fair, work was both fast and efficient as well.

This vendor through home depot was advertised as same day installation on water heaters. I had no leaks no issues other than a doa water heater. I was told maybe next week and 599+ to install a simple installation per the new plumber i got. I choose to use a plumber who was polite and prompt same day. I would not recommended this company

The technicians are polite and helpful, and really go out of their way to make sure they are doing all they can for you. Not to mention their pricing is more than fair.. Called the very next day after they installed a faucet because my sink was leaking. Two guys showed up the next day , looked outside, opened the wall under the cabinet and said here’s you problem but you need to remove the cabinet for us to get in there and work🤔 Really. Ok they left stating they would email the estimate. Never heard from them. They left me with a hole in the wall and never came back. Luckily I called another company and they repaired the problem for what they charged me to change the faucet. A faucet I already had🤔 And just like that my days with Saia are over.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
