He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing today before he started.He reviewed all his work with photos at the end of his service to allow me to make decisions on any other issues that needed to be resolved.I was very pleased with his assistance today. When I asked FB friends for plumber suggestions I got 9 different names, Pipes R Us was the only one with two people suggesting. I decided to start with them and glad that I did. Brandon J came out to check a clog in the main drain that was causing both toilets in the double shotgun to backup. He couldn't find the clog within the 75 feet that he could reach. He told me a couple of options - calling another service with a power flusher or try accessing the city line. He also helped troubleshoot a couple of smaller problems with a clawfoot tub shower faucet and overfill drain. Since he couldn't reach the clog, the visit was considered as a free estimate.

We paid over 300 hundred and we still have a leak. With a strange faucet. The plumber that came out didn’t know what kind of faucet we had on and bought this. Needed this fixed installing sprinklers.

I wish I remembered the man's name, but this company was hired through our warranty company. This company contacted us faster than our warranty company did. The warranty company will usually let us know of updates/changes, but they didn't even get the chance to.

We had a leak from the piping connected to our tub. The guy was able to get in and out in under an hour. (I'm pretty sure it was maybe 30 minutes.) He was polite as all hell, communicated with us clearly with what needed to be done, and didn't leave a disaster behind. Hope our warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection, continues to hire y'all.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
