The technician, Nidal, was on time, very nice and efficient, and he explained things very clearly. I really appreciated the way Natal's kept in touch, reminding me of the appointment, telling me when Nidal was expected, and sending me a photo so I would recognize him. This, as well as everything he did on his visit, was thoughtful, customer-oriented service. I now have a contract with them because I was so impressed.

Wonderful company with professoinal skills. I have a leak since 12/16 and this company came in and diagnose the problem with taking very good measures. Good luck getting a call back, from work ALREADY STARTED

Had someone for the company to do some plumbing service. Was very please with the work. But had Some other problems.

Plumbers showed up, and knew exaxtly what need to be done. Initial estimate was expensively overwhelming, but they gave me a loyal customer discount, which made the cost more easy to live with. Warranty with work completed, which is a plus. Guy had a great attitude. Appointments were same day. Definitely will use again for plumbing needs.

I called for a blockage in my ac line. They said, it was the AC unit. The AC guy said, it was the water lines blocked. After a month of back and forth, and $400 between the two companies, Roto Rooter came today and it was a blockage in 2 spots. $245. Never will I use this company again.

Rafael was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The leak was fixed quickly and several people have commented on how professional the fix looks. I have passed Rafael name and contact information on to several home renovation professionals since then.

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company. They have far exceeded my expectations. And the price was incredible.
