They arrived well within the timeframe and even tried to get me in early. Of course once Jeff shows, who was awesome, the drain pipe wouldn't leak. He suggested waiting for next rain to see if it's the vent pipe. Reccomend to all.

Second time I've had Morton out to my place, and I've been very happy with the results both times. With my most recent problem, I started out by calling a very large company who came out and started with an everything's wrong mentality and some very steep initial quotes. So I dug through some invoices to see who I'd used a few years ago and got back in touch with Morton. I should have started there. Josh (owner's son) and Blake were both very positive and willing to think practically instead of immediately going to the worst-case-scenario. They took care of the problem professionally and I will be very happy to call them again next time I need a plumber.

Daniel, as always, was professional, knowledgable, thorough, efficient and very helpful in answering questions. Had a water leak from a adapter to condensate on a tankless hot water heater which he diagnosed and repaired quickly.
