I'm changing my five-star rating to a two star. I'm having trouble with the service now and I've been trying to email them several times and they just won't answer me. And trying to get them on the phone has been any easier.

Great communication leading up to the appointment. Curtis arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He performed the inspection/preventive maintenance and followed up with me. I have had the maintenance plan with Frogg’s for a couple of years and definitely recommend it.

Austin was a great help in fixing my unit. He worked very hard and completed the job.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hoffman Brothers! I decided to sign up with a monthly subscription so that I would never forget to have my HVACserviced. However I have gotten so much more! All of the staff is amazing! I actually look forward to talking to Shay in their office! Trent has been to my house on a couple occasions and it’s always super helpful, always on time and is very professional work. Today I got to meet Tyler in plumbing And was completely amazed to get all of the same. Kris came to give me a quote on a new ductless system for my bonus room And he too was professional, on time and extremely helpful. This is a company that takes great care and hang in retaining their employees and it shows! I highly recommend them.
