Was raining and late in the day but Ernest showed up when he said he would. I’m certain I was his last call but he didn’t rush anything, explaining everything he was doing. Very professional and friendly. Well, almost 2.5hrs later, he got us up and running. He did such a thorough examination of our system trying to find a leak. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. Cannot recommend Lee Company, bit especially Ernest more. Man deserves and award!

Josh and the employee who worked with him were professional, knowledgeable, and competent. The 112 year old house had old (knob and tube wiring) and needed to be completely rewired. The job was done quickly and professionally. Extremley satisfied with the work done!

We recently had a horrible experience with Lee Company and it’s still ongoing. Our water heater pilot light would not ignite. So, they came out and said it needed a new part. They added the new part and it still did not work. Then they claimed that we needed a new water heater. Of course. So, they order a new one. They bring it out the next day after 6pm and guess what? They measured wrong and had the wrong size water heater. Then they tell us that even though we had a 40 gallon tank before that we can no longer have a 40 gallon tank because of “Obama”. Seriously, they said that. So, another day goes by without hot water. They then tell us that it’s going to cost us almost 2k to install a new 30 gallon tank. We complain about the mistakes that they’ve already made and getting a smaller tank. So, they come down to a measly $1800. I call and get another quote because at this point we felt like they were ripping us off. My husband tells them to hold off, so they get nervous and come down to $1,500. My husband tells them to wait we’re waiting for another quote. The guy David or Dwight calls ME at 2pm claiming that they have the water heater in the truck and they need to know if we want it right away. I felt pressured into going with their 1500 deal for a 30 gallon tank so I said okay. So, were they really on their way? Of course not. They didn’t show up until 4pm. He lied to me just so I wouldn’t wait for the other quote. After the two techs install the water heater, Curtis the tech tells me the agreed upon amount is $1500. Same amount as they agreed to with my husband. I hand Curtis a check for $1,500 over a week ago. Today, I receive a bill in the mail for $1,975. Really? This is just the crappiest Company. They overcharge and then bill for even MORE money. We will never use them again. Horrible experience that keeps going on.

I had a great experience. I called around, but Richard Verges with Coolray was the only outfit that was able to address my issues within 24 hours. Would use Coolray again.
