Gabe was pleasant and very helpful in dealing with a late night plumbing emergency. I appreciate him answering all of my questions and doing a thorough job correcting the issue we were having. We would be glad to use Roto Rooter again!

We were renovating our bathroom and discovered that when we turned the water on after removing all the fixtures the shut off valves that capped off the pipe were leaking. We called no problem plumbing and Jason was able to fix it that day so we could turn our water back on. He even stayed after business hours to make sure the job got done. Great service! Great price! Would recommend to family and friends needing plumbing services.

Nothing against the serviceman, but a toilet was stopped up. I had plunged it several times. Serviceman gave it a couple of plunges and it cleared up. He fixed one other problem with the handle and left in about 15 minutes. The bill was over $160 after my discount. For the first time in 20 years with Lee Co., I felt a bit cheated.

My plumbers were busy and i had water pouring from my water heater. So I called Roto-Rooter in Old Hickory. They came out and fixed it within a few hours. My water pressure was low and they came and fixed it the next morning. They fixed it, but the price was very high. It was three times higher than our plumber would have charged.
None of the water mitigation crew or the plumber wore masks in the house.
