We had a technician come out to fix our refrigerator back in June. He said we needed new seal. He ordered the part, so he said. We thought maybe a little delay because everything seems to be on back order. Calling every week, someone would say it’s on order. 3 months into this, the tech never ordered our part. In their defense, later the technician admitted to not ordering the part. Now 3 mo later our refrigerator is still not working. Called 3 different repair services and they al have the same diagnosis. Not the seal but the . Fan. They will be out Friday to fix it. Lee Co was great after the tornado and replaced our hot water heater with a tankless heater. Was very pleased with them for that. This other service they have failed. Will not use them any longer. Just be cautious when you hire anyone for aJob.

Tyler was very friendly and helpful! He did a great job cleaning up and telling me what was going on. He even was nice enough to show me how to prevent the garbage disposal from getting clogged so it won’t need to be replaced for a while!
