Robert came out to help us unclog our sewer lines. At first, we thought it was going to be a major problem but he suggested we wait and see if the cause of the problem was actually our neighbor. We waited and within minutes the problem was resolved and was an easy fix. I am glad he wasn't here just for the money but actually cared about fixing my problem as easily as possible. Robert was great and all the other guys with Roto-Rooter have been awesome! I will use them again in the future if I need a drain unclogged.

This is the best plumber in town period. I called Wes when my wife called and told me we had sewage backed up in our tub. Wes was booked that day but when I explained my situation he was at my house within a couple hours. The pricing was beyond fair and my wife and mother-in law said they could not have been more impresed with Covert Plumbing's service and professionalism. Thanks for asking. Jan was most helpful in my initial call to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. She informed me that I could actually see the technician coming to make the repairs I told her we needed. She called to tell me he was on the way (unfortunately, I missed the call) but it was okay.Tyler, the technician from BFP, was very pleasant and got right to work looking at our problems. He explained to me what the problem was, what caused it and what he would need to do to make the repairs. He also told me what the charges would be to avoid a surprise in billing. I was most pleased with my experience and hope not to have to call again any time soon. But when I need help, I will call.
