This week Roscoe Brown Company installed our 3.5 ton air conditioner. The installers were here from 9:30 until 6:30 working extra hard because the location of the install was a challenge. My husband and I were very pleased to have cool air when they left.
The next day I received a call from Chris Filyaw, the Install Manager, who said that he had come out to check on the work and felt that aesthetically it did not meet Roscoe Brown's standards!
He and his team - Christopher Jeffery, Lead installer, and Cody Woodall, install helper, reworked the final steps to make sure it looked right. We are so impressed with their standards and care.
