Unfortunately, we had an urgent plumbing issue. The scheduler was super helpful and friendly, and the dispatcher, Andy, went the extra mile to contact me as my phone marked the call as junk. Brandon arrived on time, spent time looking at our plumbing configuration, and provided an estimate. He is a great guy, worked really hard to resolve our problem, and was super professional. This man deserves a raise! He was respectful of our home, exceedingly polite, and followed the COVID precautions set forth to a ‘T’. Great experience and I strongly recommend Brandon and Rotorooter. I am appreciative.

The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got done what other companies couldn't get done without pushing a pricey choice. This saved us money right away and unnecessary work other companies tried to push on us.

This afternoon we saw that the basement drain was backed up. Adam from Roto-Rooter arrived within an hour. He was friendly and quickly cleared the line. He needed to call in a supervisor to bring a camera. Within an hour we had everything cleared and understood the problem by viewing the camera. They were both very helpful and great.

My kitchen sink was slowly draining not allowing water to drain and finally stopped altogether.Luke #3657 called to let me know he was on his way and would be at our home in 45 minutes and he arrived as promised. I explained to Luke what was the problem. Before starting Luke explained the paper work asking me to sign the documentation. He also, explained the process and how the work was going to be completed.He then completed and inspection under the sink and went to our lower level of my home checking out PVC pipe. Once that was completed he gathered his clean out snake and said it would take approx. 15-30 minutes for the work to be completed. After the work was completed he cleaned up behind him which I was very pleased to see a technician do a clean up process once the work was completed.I would not hesitate to recommend Luke and Roto Rooter to others.Sincerely,Gene & Linda J

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
