They came out at 11pm to fix an emergency situation. Darrell was awesome.

I called on Sunday around noon regarding to the clogged drain tile in my basement. There must be at least 5 gallons of water backed up sitting on the basement floor. A 2pm appointment was scheduled initially. Within 15 minutes, they called back and informed me that their plumber is on his way. This was a extremely pleasant news as I had been worried and wanted the clogged drain to be addressed asap. Once they are here, immediately identified the issue and explained everything thoroughly to me. The clearing and cleaning of the drain only took about an hour and everything is working back to normal again. They left my place just the way they found it, clean and free of debris. I was also left in peace of mind knowing their work is garaunteed.

I had water coming up my downstairs shower and floor drain and it was a Saturday night,not a good time,if there is a such a thing,Roto-Rooter was there in two hours! Derek was very professional and was able to clear whatever was plugged.The cameraman Luke, was promptly here bright and early this Monday to check it out. Both were very informative,professional. What I liked most,for a bad situation, was the communication piece from All Roto-Rooter employees was very clear about the timing ,price, and course of action was going to be.

Andrew came out about 35 minutes after we first noticed standing water. He was professional, explained clearly what he was going to do and what our options were, and gave us recommendations moving forward so we will avoid issues in the future. Would definitely use this service again and will request him next time (even though we hope we don’t need him back!).
