I had my floor drain cleaned in the basement and Right Away was impressive in that they placed a new plug on the floor drain and got it to operate correctly whereas the last plumber cleaned it out and left it working improperly (the one way valve). I also had my estimate of $225 reduced to $165 due to the drain being a non-central drain and this was brought to my attention by Right Away; they are very honest! Will certainly use again. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Our sewer always backs up on a Sunday. In SE MPLS the tree roots like to drink from our sewer pipe and we never plan ahead. We should learn by now and just schedule maintenance. But Brett has to the rescue on quite a few of our Sunday backups. He's kind, professional, and does a great job. Thanks again!

I'm a general contractor who has used ESP Companies for all of my remodeling for the past several years. They do excellent work, and are great at problem solving. Their flexibility, good attitude, and great ethics have them at the top of my list for any and all plumbing projects.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, we have a 2 year old, so not been able to use the kitchen is not an option. I had a hard time finding somebody to come ASAP, until I ran into Dean's online. Their scheduling was great, the process was smooth and Nicholas, the technician they sent for our job was great! He was extremely professional and courteous; he explained the whole process to us before he began to work, and he gave us payment options; he took the time to walk us through all of them and through the financing options available to us. It was, overall, a very positive experience.

I don't think I have used plumbing services that have exceeded expectations until I had the pleasure of calling My Plumber Inc. The guy did a great job, but I was surprised that he didn't do anything to protect our carpet. He didn't take his boots off, wheeled the augur downstairs, didn't have his own tarps (I provided a drop sheet). Just surprising.

I went to the showroom and arranged to have 3 minor plumbing tasks done. We discussed they charge for drive time so I specifically requested they bring all tools and supplies needed so I would only have one drive time to pay. After being here approximately 1-1/2 hours I was informed they didn't bring supplies they needed so I would need to pay a 2nd drive fee or pay them overtime ($240 per hour). Eventually we agreed they would complete the job the next time they were in the area and waive the second drive fee. I live 2-1/2 miles from the intersection of 35W and the Minnesota River. Well, it's been over a year and apparently they still haven't had any jobs in the area ( i.e., pass within a couple miles of my house enroute to Shakopee, Savage, Burnsville, Lakeville, or Elko)

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
