We appreciated the prompt scheduling from TJK Plumbing! Kurt was a great communicator before and during our appointment. I appreciated that he updated us on his arrival time. During our appointment, he was transparent about his process for finding and repairing our leak, including answering all of our questions. We won’t hesitate to use TJK Plumbing for our future needs.

Alex was punctual, professional, and quick. All I needed was some seized valves replaced, and he did a great job. I will call him again whenever I need plumbing work done.

I used Jake the Plumber to install a new toilet and they did a tremendous job. I worked with Steve, who was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I really liked that he worked hard to make sure the job was done right and wasn't all about the money. I felt like he really cared about how well the job was completed, which was awesome. I highly recommend Jake the Plumber and in particular, Steve!

Ron the Sewer Rat could not unclog a drain. To get to it, some pipes had to be rerouted. On their rec, we called Erik Nelson.

I got texted back within two hours. Two very professional gents showed up the next day. We got everything done on time and under budget.

Oh, and they replaced our ancient wall-hanging toilet with, um, one that actually worked.

I was expecting an angry guy in a grubby T-shirt and a bill for a lot more money.

The company provided a small window timeframe for arrival with four of service follow up of exact time and the technician was on time! Issue fixed and technician did not leave any kind of mess behind. All COVID precautions were appropriately taken. Very happy and impressed with service.

Excellent laundry tub replacement

Called 6 other places all said service was Monday at the earliest. Roto-rooter were able to do the job and be out in under 2 hours Sunday night. Jake was amazing, highly professional, and made the whole process delightful. Price was a bit higher higher when compared to the competition, but well worth the timeliness and service.

These guys went above and beyond to help us out of a sort of complicated issue from a previous renovation (not done by them, or us) of our kitchen. We also had some repair work done on our dishwasher and they installed the water line to the new fridge. Very professional and it felt like you were dealing with people who really knew what they were doing which was great. We just wanted to leave this review to say thanks for all of the help!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.

I experienced same day professional service for a reasonable price.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!
