There are not enough good things I can say about this company and their technicians. My technician, Gary, was probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. On top of the fact that he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I called them to the minute he left, I felt like I was in good hands. I've already recommended them to someone else (and this was before I even got my invoice). I admire the fact that they were upfront and honest about their prices and schedules, I did call a few other companies and when they wouldn't tell me what they charged I was skeptical. Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was the exact opposite; not only were the upfront about their costs, but Gary went out of his way to explain all of the services he performed before he left. Thank you, I will be calling you again!!

Had my 15+ year old water heater replaced today by Norblom Plumbing. When I called earlier in the week with questions about the run needed for a powered damper (my previous heater had a very shallow angle), Mike had me take pictures, fully assessed my needs and set up an appt to get the water heater replaced just 3 days later. The installer arrived today - 40 mins early (but he called first and asked permission to come early) - and he had scheduled help to have him remove my old water heater and bring the new one in to the basement. They laid down painters cloth to protect my carpeted stairs and completed the job in just over an hour. My wife and I were shown how this unit works - it's damper is powered compared to my previous unit -- and all works great. The team fully cleaned up the work area and filled out my Xcel Energy rebate form for me to send in for a $150 rebate (done!).

Overall - very happy with the service, speed, friendliness. Would call them again without reservation.

Michael was personable, efficient, professional - and clearly knew what he was doing. My repair is 100% satisfactory. Although I felt PB's pricing was on the hefty side for this particular repair, I will request him specifically should I need another Master Plumber! (P.S. I was very interested to learn that Michael was originally from Ukraine, and that his immediate family is safe!)

Nick came today to take care of some clogged pipes. He had to replace some sections of pipe to get rid of the clogs. I was very satisfied with the job he did today.

I have used Janecky plumbing for several projects and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They do great work are respectful and clean. I recently had a neighbor call with an AC emergency on a 100 degree day. They called me for a referral. I texted Janecky for them and they came out and within hours of me calling. Most AC companies would have said your unit is too old and try to sell a new one. But they fixed the problem. They have compassion and the knowledge to to do what was right. Thanks Dave!

If I could add more stars I would. Mr. Plumbing and Drains came after hours to our coffee shop and cleared the main drain for us. Water was standing and backed up into the shop. I had frozen pipes due to the way below freezing temperatures of the past few days and Vadim Paskar from Mr Rooter Plumbing came to my home and got the water flowing again! He was courteous, very professional, and so thoughtful when answering all of my questions.I spoke with Tony at the office when setting up my appointment and he was also very helpful and quite nice.I highly recommend this company!
