I called Norblom Plumbing last week for a plugged up kitchen sink below the trap. I had fought with the sink for 2 hours the night before and finally called a plumber. They had a plumber out to my house within 3 hours of calling on Tuesday morning. The plumber was exceptionally friendly and professional. He cleared up the plug within 20 minutes, checked all of our other exposed plumbing downstairs for any issues, and even wiped down everything under our sink to give it a shine. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Steve was great! I got a pinhole leak in the pipe from my main supply line. Steve showed up exactly when he said he'd be there, within a few hours of my call. He was quick, efficient, and professional, and left me with a good-looking repair for a reasonable price. If highly recommend him!

We called Right Away Sewer + Drain Cleaning after returning home from a trip and finding that our sink wouldn’t work. They were able to fit us in immediately and came the next day - they fixed it quickly and let me know what the problem was and how to prevent further instances of it. Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

The guys at LeVahn helped me out with an issue that other stores and the plumbing professionals wouldn’t…. They were super friendly and new exactly what I needed. Great experience

We had an EV charger installed and Grant was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend using Dean’s and working with Grant!

We had repeated problems with a backed-up toilet and had plumbers out many times to clear the clogs. Rob and Jose from General Rooter not only removed the clog but also determined why the toilet was clogged so often. By running their fiber optic camera down the pipe, they found two what they called “bellies,” low spots where the pipe had sagged and didn’t drain properly. This, along with cracks seen in the video, requires us to excavate the cement slab to replace the pipe, and Rob referred us to a plumber they trusted to do the job well.

They could have just cleared the clog but went further to provide a solution to prevent reoccurrences. Thank you General Rooter!

We have used My Plumber three times, for a back up sump pump installation, sump replacement and water heater replacement. They were easy to schedule with, friendly, quick and cleaned up when done. Great pricing also ! I’ll use them for all our plumbing needs and would recommend them highly.

Had a main drain line overflow which we noticed on a Saturday night. Called Ken's the next morning and they came within a few hours to un-clog the line. Been a week since and everything seems to be good. Reasonably priced and quick to the job. Highly recommend.

I have used Blaylock on several occasions. They are professional, fair, fast. I like to use local businesses.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. Representative asked me multiple questions, which seemed all over the place, and cut me off every single time with a different question without any chance of me fully answering what my plumbing needs. At this point, I've already questioned their credibility. Said they would have someone call me back in 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment, but never did. I'm glad they didn't.

I have worked with Cyrus on multiple projects including low water pressure of the kitchen faucet, furnace leaking, faucet repair and water heater installation. His professional diagnosis of the problem has consistently saved us valuable time and money. I highly recommend Mr. Plumbing for their expertise and service.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
