I called Norblom Plumbing at 8:00 AM and because they had a cancellation, I was able to receive same day service and my repair was promptly completed the same morning. The plumber that was dispatched, Jake, was very knowledgeable and friendly; he provided me an explanation of the work that would be involved and the cost between a repair and a replacement. The charge for the services was very reasonable and I will definitely call on Norblom Plumbing in the future.

I called Erickson for an emergency water issue. Not only were they able to set up an immediate appointment, but the plumber called me to discuss what I could do to help prevent any damage before he came over. Very professional.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
