They originally scheduled someone to come out on a Tuesday, but they called the Saturday before and said they could have Adam come out that afternoon. He was very thorough and explained everything in the simplest terms possible so that everyone involved knew exactly what was going on. Great service, great pricing! I definitely won't be looking around for who to call next time I have a plumbing issue, that's for sure.

Contacted Erickson and they were able to get an electrician out to me the same day and installed a new outlet in about an hour. Their dispatcher worked with me over email which is always a plus in my book and the electrician, Nick, was great and got the job done quick and clean.

Called to get the job estimate and was told estimator will call me back. 3 days passed and no one called so I did. They apologized and said that new note for the estimator was left to call me. More days later still nothing. Do not waste your time on such a lack of professionalism and support businesses that care.

Extremely bad experience . He replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced I was over charged as well . Insist of two hours work he came up with 5 hours and when I disputed the issue he treaten me with placing a lien on my bussines unless he get paid in full . I will not recommend him to use.

10pm last night we heard dripping - we called and someone came out the next morning and replaced some pipes within hours. Very grateful for the fast service and helpful tips. This is our second time using this company and we will definitely go back if we have any other problems!
