Best Repair Laundry Tub in Minneapolis MN

I had a water heater installed, as well as, two shut off valves and two water refill valves replaced. Brad was my Tech. He was excellent. Friendly. Knowledgeable. He looked over the job, explained what was to be done and went to work. Very efficient and professional. Cleaned everything up when finished. Showed complete respect for our home. I've had other jobs done by TJK Plumbing and have been pleased with their work. So, thanks Brad for a job well done!

My wife and I just moved into our first home. I went to replace the shower head in the master bathroom and the whole arm came off. I tried calling three other plumbers only to get voicemails and haven't yet heard back from two. John answered right away and was at our house within 30 minutes of answering and had us back up and running one hour after I called him. Will absolutely keep using John's services!

Great place awesome help

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

I called TJK Plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink. They responded right away and came out the same day. Brad was personable, professional and did a fantastic job. He was upfront on the pricing and told me what he was going to do. I'm 100% confident in his work and TJK Plumbing. Thanks for the great service!

Excellent in every way! Called several places and Ken’s was the only one to get back to me. On top of that, they did so very promptly - within a few hours! They were able to get someone to our house same day and were clear communicators through the whole process. Walt arrived on time, and was professional, efficient, friendly, & neat. He explained the problem and how he would fix it, and got it taken care of in no time. Top to bottom, Great experience! I will endorse Ken’s to all my neighbors!!
