Best Plumbing Repairs in Minneapolis MN

This was a pretty simple faucet repair so far (I'm not ready to say goodbye to 9 year old equipment yet!) and Josh was good at answering my many questions about how the faucet hardware worked. My husband & I found TJ's business years ago (near the beginning, I think) and they have been very helpful in replacing a water heater, faucet valves and other parts. They do a great job and I will continue to call them!

My wife hired a leaky kitchen faucet repair while I was undergoing medical treatments. A recirculation valve was mistakenly removed on the initial install and required a second trip to replace. With a total approaching $1000, we will not be able to afford to hire their services in the future.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I was told by another company that I needed to open the basement floor and replace our main sewer line to the tune of 20K$. Norblom recommended someone to do a second opinion camera inspection and the result was a descaling for less than 1k$ and no tearing up the floor. Honest and professional. I'll be coming back for any future plumbing needs.

We had a leaky toilet and one of the gals at my wife's work said she had used Kelly Plumbing in the past and they did a good job. Based on the referral, I gave them a call. Barb picked up the phone and had a great demeanor. Very patient and caring. When the plumber arrived, (Mark) he wasted no time in taking a look at the issue. He was very methodical. Explained what the problem was. Took the time to look through an online site to help me choose a replacement toilet. Stayed after to chit-chat. Turns out he knows our master electrician, who is also an old-school let's do this on a hand-shake kind of guy. If I sound incoherent, it's because Mark just left, and I'm typing out my Google review as quickly as I can! I will be calling Kelly Plumbing and asking for Mark specifically when my replacement toilet comes in. If anything, I'll update my review in a couple of days.

Pablo and his coworker were fantastic!! I called them in the morning and they were here by noon. They unclogged my basement floor drain and were in and out in 15min. I had another company come out before and they could not unclog my drain, said I would have to replace it and it would cost me thousands of dollars. I am so grateful for Pablo!!! Will only be using his services for now on!! 10/10 recommend.

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

We had two technicians at our home for 6 visits that should have been 2 or 3. The first guy couldn't figure it out said to call and book a senior technician. The senior technician was supposed to come before 1:30pm, but never showed despite us waiting around like a couple of chumps. I called and rescheduled him for the next morning. Guy shows up, calls the first guy and pokes around only to declare AC works, and then leaves. Well, our cooling & heating were still bonkers. He did not take the time to diagnose the issue. It was 87 degrees upstairs and 50s in the basement! The dogs can't handle that and nor could we.On top of having issues with heating and cooling during this hot, hot summer, I am having to call off work so someone can present with the technician. I was having to call out of work 6 different days to make sure someone was present, and we paid $2000 for all this! I understand you are likely serving thousands of homes with complex HVAC issues, I understand that our issues were hard to diagnose, but I live with chronic illness and had a severe pain flare up due to the stress and high temperatures. This was just flat out not OK. It is not fun having your AC die in the summer time, and it is even more unfun that we have paid money and have these folks keep coming out and scratching their heads. I would contact another local company, folks.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
