They came, they conquered and they were GREAT!!!! Had TJK plumbing fix 4 different items in my house. A faucet, a garbage disposal, shower head and my toilet. The guy they sent (Sidney) was very professional. He explained what my options were and how I could save money, Sidney was very thorough. I gave him the green light and he went right to work. Got all the stuff fixed in no time, very professional! he explained what he did, I paid him and I'm good until something else breaks. I highly recommend TJK plumbing for the price and especially for the professionalism.

Jake is an honest, friendly and timely plumber. He addressed some long-deferred leaks in my bathroom plumbing. He did a great job accessing the problem area through my ceiling and showed me how to install an access panel for future needs. I've used Jake for plumbing many times over the years and it has always been a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend ENP. They were efficient, effective and very nice people. I appreciated the strict COVID 19 protocol. And they left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. Very impressed and appreciative to now have a good plumbing company that I can trust.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I've used Weld and Sons for many years on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. I really appreciate that they're a full service shop and can handle anything. Craftsmanship is top notch at Weld. Their workmen are thoughtful and thorough. I've never had a call back in 20 years of business with them. They're organized, the business office people are easy to work with. The techs show up on time. They're prices are very fair and while they're not the least expensive plumber in the metro they're the very best. They're my first call for plumbing related anything and my only recommendation I give to friends.

I was very happy with service from Brad the Roto Rooter technician that cleaned our main drain problem! Water was coming up in lower floor shower drain. Called Roto Rooter they came when they said they would and Brad resolved the problem. Thanks for the great service!

The technician Tom M. that came to our house did a fantastic job today repairing a leaking shower and saving us from paying for a much more expensive option from a different plumber who incorrectly thought all of our drain pipes would have to be torn out and replaced. Super professional and knowledgeable and kind individual, couldn't recommend him more.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.
