TJK sent an awesome tech out to us same-day when our bathtub began to turn itself on due to a worn out cartridge. DJ laid out several options and fair pricing for us in a way that I easily understood! DJ did an awesome job replacing both the switch, faucet and shower head in one bathroom, and a switch in the other. He was fun to talk to while he was here- super nice, and my 2 year old even wanted me to call him and invite him over for pizza after he left. Thanks, DJ!

I cannot say enough about the service we received from John and Minnesota Plumbing and Heating. He came out at the time specified, diagnosed the problem immediately, and within a couple of hours we had a new water heater with hot water a short 30 minutes later. Everything was taken care of right on site. John was personable and professional. It's easy to see why he's been doing this for over twenty-four years. Thank you John and MN Plumbing and Heating!

I called in the late afternoon with an emergency kitchen sink clog. Adam on the phone was very informative and he was able to contact Ngu right away and send him our way within an hour. Ngu arrived, got straight to work and unclogged the kitchen sink quickly, then checked our laundry room drain which requires more equipment and more time but only charged me for the first job. Great service in all departments, quick and affordable. Will definitely use them again.

My shower was having serious water pressure issues, and the temperature was very inconsistent. I chose this plumber based on FB friend recommendations, and I'm so glad I did. Roto-Rooter was on time quick and precise with cleaning out my main sewer pipe. I would definitely call them in the future for service.

First, I do not recommend this company. More than $700 dollars to unclog main sewer line. They started on short lines, then moved to main line on second visit. There was not warranty because of garbage disposal!! Then second time, please see the amount charged. I received a $50 dollars discount for second time and $10 dollars for first time. No apology for long time taken on second time. First time, the worker asked for a hammer to try to open access to main line, really?. I live in Minneapolis, no big trees and short front (main line). How can you spend more than 4 hours cleaning a main line?. I found the receipt so now I can write this review. Terrible, terrible service. As a correct customer I paid for it, but BBB should know about this. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM.

My drain started backing up Friday at noon on 7/3. I was having my nieces and some other family over for the weekend and new we couldn't go without water. I called around and most places were scheduling sunday or monday. Roto had someone out in under 2 hours! They fixed the problem relatively quickly, they were polite, friendly and courteous. I could not be happier with the result and their response time. I would recommend

Estimated job at $300-$500 and wound up costing $1300. Overpriced and rude. The quote was done IN PERSON, the estimate was for day 2 of the job. Your response does not pertain to this situation. I stand by my review.

Nate was really great! He helped me understand what was going on with our thermostat and helped fix the wiring in our furnace. He was very friendly and respectful and made sure I understood all the charges and what our next steps would be with our furnace/AC needs. Thank you!

Steve was very kind and professional and his prices came in way under the other amounts that I had been quoted even though he ended up doing additional work that was unexpected. Very pleased with his services.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
