I broke the hot water pipe going to washing machine and pipe leaking, called made appointment. They were able to come out several days early.
Zach was fantastic, fixed both problems in under an hour, he was so polite and knew exactly what he was doing. The cost was sp much less than i was thinking it would be.

Steve was very kind and professional and his prices came in way under the other amounts that I had been quoted even though he ended up doing additional work that was unexpected. Very pleased with his services.

I called early in the morning and I was happy he fit me in after 5 pm. (My main line wasn’t blocked, just a kitchen drain)
He called exactly at 5 and arrived right when he said he would. Polite and punctual, Pablo was a pleasure to work with and he seemed to get it done quick. 5/5 would call again! (Hope I don’t need to!)

An incredible place for those of us who grew up in the era of non big box stores. They ALWAYS have not only the right thing, but knowledgeable people who help you figure out what you really need. Also, a rarity these days, you can buy the screw, bolt, nut, etc you want by the piece...without all the wasteful packaging or excess. Too bad there are so few of these places left!!!!

I was very happy with the service provided. Steve came to check my furnace for repair and did a great job showing me what was wrong with it and why it couldn't be repaired (cracked heat exchange among other things on a 33 year old furnace). When Pat arrived for the removal and install, he was prompt, professional and friendly.Everyone that worked on my replacement, from the delivery/removal staff, the electrician, Pat and Troy, were great. They did quality work, the area they worked in as well as my stairwell were more clean when they left than when they arrived. Working in limited space at times and they genuinely did fantastic. Were some of their bids high? Yes, but there was no pressure for me to buy more than I needed, no pressure for me to apply for their financing or anything. Thank you!

Had a simple job to replace an exterior faucet and some shutoff values. Work was done within an hour, for a very reasonable price, and professionally. Will be using Kal in the future!

These guys are great. Usually can accommodate me within the day. Other companies hard sell, not these guys. Not only can I expect a job well done, they also leave me with plumbing and home maintenance knowledge that has since been invaluable.
