Alex came over at 7 pm and completed a major leak repair for a very reasonable cost. He was a lifesaver for us. Do not consider anyone else for your plumbing needs.

Jake is an honest, friendly and timely plumber. He addressed some long-deferred leaks in my bathroom plumbing. He did a great job accessing the problem area through my ceiling and showed me how to install an access panel for future needs. I've used Jake for plumbing many times over the years and it has always been a great experience. I highly recommend them.

We can’t say enough good things about Erik Nelson Plumbing. We’ve had them do a number of jobs for us in our home, including replacing our hot water heater. They are efficient, knowledgeable, easy to work with - they do an all around excellent job!

Our water heater went out and created an indoor pool in our basement. Called Norblom Plumbing for help. I was explained the costs involved how they bill and water heater options. However the earliest they could do was later the following afternoon. Which was fine as t was short notice. Even shorter notice was a call back from Norblom about a cancellation and they would be over in 45 minutes. That worked great. The serviceman was courtious, explained the costs again. I needed another valve and repipe. He explained theadded time and materials bill . He answered all my questions relating to the project and an unrelated water softener issue. Will definitely call on Nrblom for any future plumbing work.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

My wife and I just moved into our first home. I went to replace the shower head in the master bathroom and the whole arm came off. I tried calling three other plumbers only to get voicemails and haven't yet heard back from two. John answered right away and was at our house within 30 minutes of answering and had us back up and running one hour after I called him. Will absolutely keep using John's services!

Called Dean's after waiting and waiting for another plumbing company that neither showed up or called to explain their delay. A plumber from Dean's named Garvin came right out and the dispatcher kept us notified of his pending arrival. Garvin was friendly and extremely hard working and kept us informed of all he was doing and why every step of the way. He was 100% professional! It turned out to be a really big job and our sewer lines couldn't be cleared even after he spent 3 hours trying. The company scheduled another procedure and Josh S came out first thing the next work day. He too was friendly, communicative and 100% professional and after much hard work was finally able to get through all the roots in our line. Finally Erik S. came out the same day and installed a new toilet for us. Again, another very professional young man. We are extremely happy with the service we recieved from Dean's and highly recommend this company.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.
