John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. Used Kelly plumbing to install a garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. Might have tried to do it myself, but our sink had never had one before. Steven was on time and installed the disposal in about an hour. Would definitely use Kelly Plumbing again in the future.

I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

They were on time and reasonably priced.Super professional. We have few pipes were clogged and they fixed them all within few hours. one of the pipe clogged for long time and we had three plumbing companies to try to fix it. Non of them be able to fix it and told us they will need to take down the wall and tried to charge us for than $500. Right Away Sewer and Drain Cleaning only took 15 mins to fix it and only charge for really cheap price since we had multiple clog.

Quick and Professional Water Heater Replacement

Came downstairs one morning to find the floor outside the utility room was soaking wet. Traced the trail of water back to the water heater and identified the leak coming from the bottom of the tank, not a good spot as this is basically a death sentence for a water heater.

Regardless of cause, I had to cut off the water line to the heater and drain it to stop the leak. So now I have no water which I don't think my wife or 5 month old, who uses cloth diapers which require some serious hot water to wash, will appreciate.

I called Hovde and spoke to Sue who was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to get someone out to me as soon as possible given the situation. I had to make one quick insurance call after getting an estimate and Hovde was onsite the next day with a new water heater.

Less than two hours after ringing my doorbell I had hot water again, basically it was plumbing magic.

10/10 Would use again.

I called JD Plumbing to discuss the replacement of my water heater. He gave me great advice and told me that I didn't need to replace it quite yet. When the time comes, there is no doubt who I will be calling to replace the water heater!
