I had a wonderful experience getting my garbage disposal replaced. The customer service that I received from the initial phone call all the way to the final handshake was amazing. This company shows their customers respect and honesty and doesn’t look to gouge you at every turn. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber in the area.

Alex got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. He was on time and updated me frequently. He did an awesome job at a fair price. I will be using his company in the future.

We had MN Plumbing and Heating out to our home to fix a leaky shower a couple of years ago. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent so we didn't hesitate to call them again last week when we needed a leaky pipe fixed in our basement. This was a completely different experience. We were told it would be $50 (non-refundable) to come to our home to get an estimate, but we didn't think that would be a problem with our great experience with them in the past. This time, after looking at the problem I was told it would be $614 to fix. I asked why it was so much, and the technician said they are under new ownership (a member of the Genz Ryan Family), and This is the boss's price. Plus everything is expensive these days. It needed a 1 inch ball valve, and apparently they are very expensive. I asked him how long it would take to fix, and he said about an hour. If I didn't agree to the price right then, I would be out $50 and have no idea how much another company would charge. Plus we needed the problem taken care of so I agreed to have it done. We also couldn't get a straight answer from the company when we called to ask the price of the part, just that they had my signature so I agreed to the price, which I find very unprofessional and condescending. I should be able to know what I'm paying for. I have a bad taste in my mouth from this experience this time, and can't help but feeling ripped off. They did get the job done, but due to the cost instead of being the first ones we call next time, they will be the last.

Best experience I’ve had with a plumber. Professional, thoughtful, courteous. Stew (Stu?) went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening and when, and took care to ensure that our cats didn’t sneak out and that our home stayed clean.

The price was also excellent. $1500 for a new water heater, installation, and removal of the old water heater. I feel that this is as cheap as this could possibly be (especially considering a local plumbing chain wanted to charge us $4500 for the same job), and to also have the experience be fast and professional makes this a 5-star business.

They did the job right, on time, and right on budget without any upsells or BS. These are real Plumbers. I’ll recommend them to everyone.

These guys went above and beyond to help us out of a sort of complicated issue from a previous renovation (not done by them, or us) of our kitchen. We also had some repair work done on our dishwasher and they installed the water line to the new fridge. Very professional and it felt like you were dealing with people who really knew what they were doing which was great. We just wanted to leave this review to say thanks for all of the help!

Amazing experience! I called Erickson to get a quote and schedule service to install new flush LED ceiling lights in the living room of our new home, as well as replace some existing older ceiling lights. As we were anxious to have the install completed as soon as we took possession of the house (ahead of furniture being moved in), I did this while we were actually waiting to close on the purchase, so all I could provide was the realtor shots of the home with the areas in which we wanted to work. Zach at Erickson was super friendly and provided a strong and confident quote (with the mutually understood caveat that a final price would obviously be dependent on a pre-install inspection). We booked an inspection date and installation appointment just a few days after the close. We worked with Joe M for both the inspection and installation, and he was spectacular -- amazingly friendly, great advice and guidance, diligent and efficient worker, and treated our home with respect and care. In the end, Joe installed 7 wafer lights (4 of which were replacements of existing fixtures) and 2 new switches with dimmers in the span of about 5 hours, and in the end, the final work looked pristine. If you didn't know he had been there that or weren't previously familiar with the rooms, you'd never know work had just been done. And it all came in right on quote, to boot. John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
I have already recommended him to several friends looking to do renovations.

Steve came out today to fix a kitchen sink leak. He was very fast and even tightened up the faucet sprayer, that wasn't leaking. Excellent service, went above and beyond and was very fast. Installed a quality sink strainer. Will call back if needed

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Called in the morning and they cleared my bathtub drain that afternoon. Very friendly and competent technician and staff. Recommended!

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
