Cole C from Erickson did a furnace tune-up, he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only was he open to letting me take a look inside my furnace out of curiosity he even explained what I was looking at. He took the time to answer any questions I had a long the way and he told me exactly what he found in a way I could understand. Paul Bunyan charged us nearly $800 to replace an outdoor pipe connection (the parts cost was $53... I checked). The work took less than 1 hour. It also took the technician time to fetch the part, because he didn't have one in his truck. When I questioned the cost, he said Well, you can go elsewhere if you like. I pointed out that we were Paul Bunyan VIP members, so going elsewhere would have wasted our membership fee, and out time.

Great place to go for plumbing supplies

After our pilot light went out on water heater, we tried ourselves and with YouTube Univ. and with a handy-man, and nothing worked to get it back on, then tried a big-name company that happened to be local first, after their inspection (which they charged for) the quote was to replace an entire unit at over $4K so at that price we were definitely going to ask around. We called Street Plumbing local to us in Burnsville and they were able to fix the water heater, plus tighten up other spots they noticed needed some attention, above and beyond. Plus, if they had replaced the unit, it would have been less than 1/2 the price of the other quote. We did not have to replace our water heater (for now, it's getting old) and fixed our problems for a fraction of cost, so MUCH better. We will be calling them back for any plumbing needs and possible renovation needs for bathrooms as well down the road. If you need your plumbing worked on in your home, these are the guys to call. Bryan and Joe were awesome installing a 220 outlet for me. I asked about running gas to a new range and they had a plumber / gas-fitter out in 45 minutes to look around and scope that out. We hired him to do the work and it’s scheduled for tomorrow. Will definitely keep using these guys!

After 3 tries with mix-ups with the office the toilet was finally installed after the first attempt proved that the toilet was not adhered to the floor. I noticed water pooling on the floor and discovered the shut off line was leaking. I called the tech and he said he knew but didn't think it mattered!When over a half a cup of water is leaking everyday, it matters. He said I could set up another appointment and it would cost x-amount of dollars. Would that not have been part of the $300 spent just to have the toilet installed? Would never ever use them again... even if free.

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Super incapable and fraud people. Not sure why I have to even give 1 star. Go with someone else.
