We had our air conditioning unit quit on a Friday before a very hot weekend. I called 2 other well known local service dealers who were booking 2 weeks out. It cost a little more but Erickson made it happen and fixed the problem before sunset. Extremely prompt, professional, communicative and knew what they were doing.

We’ve had two great techs - Deacon and Mike - big very professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand. Always on time with a call ahead. I also appreciate that I feel safe with them working in my house, if my husband isn’t home.

Thomas showed up on time. Was very knowledgeable and communicated well. Looked at issue (leaking shutoff valve on water main), explained his conclusions and discussed several options for choices. Did the job well, left area very clean, explained and demonstrated what he had done. Excellent work and service, very great job in communicating. Would definitely call again if needing major plumbing repair

This team arrived on time and went to it. Great communication and what looks like an excellent install of new furnace and A/C. Mike Rogers did a great sales presentation and covered everything to tip me over to PRONTO. This was a big investment and from the sales process, the price and the NEXT DAY installation, I couldn't be more pleased.
