Best Heating Company in Minneapolis MN

I manage a 64 unit, 8 building townhome complex where we recently had a commercial water heater fail. It was on a Friday. I contacted this company due to their proximity to the complex. At mid day they sent a tech out to inspect the unit. By 5 pm they had a new water heater on deck and a plan to return in the early morning for a full replacement, which was completed by ten AM. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Kelly Plumbing went above and beyond to solve a water heater problem we were having. I would recommend their team again and again. Absolutely blew away the nearby competitors.

I’ll say first that Genz Ryan was completely professional and the service was good and our service tech was knowledgeable. However, the value was not there. Had we have used them for a larger project, install, etc., it might have been worth the money, but for the repair of two toilets (changing out a few parts), the price was too much. The downside is, by the time you have them at your door, you owe them a trip charge. So you’re stuck paying for nothing, or potentially overpaying for something little. If you have small repairs needed, find a smaller company with less overhead. If that doesn’t matter and you want something fixed ASAP, then Genz will probably be a good choice for you.Again. Good company I can recommend for the quality of work they did. But the price was too high.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Beware of the INSANE price gauging. $1,400+ to replace a leaking kitchen faucet. I could have done it myself for the price of a faucet. They got me in a bad situation and it has to be done. It’ll take me days of working to pay for what took the plumber a total of 2 hours. Plus they tried to get me to hire them to do other things I didn’t ask to be done. Not a chance. The blond lady who replies to google customer reviews as a “owner” seems blissfully unapologetic and defensive. I thought this was a black owned business?

Prompt response to a sewer line issue on Saturday night. Professionally completed and very respectful of our property. Very pleasant technician.

I'm not usually excited to write a Google review but today I am. Outstanding service. We received text message updates about the appt and who the driver was and his arrival time. He was friendly, informative and efficient. We didn't require a major repair but the invoice was so much less than expected. We were advised on future maintenance and they will be the ones we call. I highly recommend.

Recently had Cyrus out to clear our drain. He was on time and did an excellent job! I strongly recommend Mr Plumbing & Drains; their rates are reasonable and we got an immediate appointment!
