Had a water pipe break late on a Sunday afternoon. Called Jake and he came and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great service, THANKS JAKE!!

I had a drain/plumbing issue with a bath tub -- I set the appt. with them and Nick came out to fix the issue at a very fair price. They'll be my first call again for any plumbing related issues. I found Nick and ENP to be very professional. Happy customer!

Had two things done. One had a very minor leak 9 months later but they were quick to fix it.

I called and spoke with Mike and asked them to come replace my bathroom faucet and shower head. The plumber that came out (Paul?) was very professional, courteous and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He completed the project a full hour under what was estimated. I don't go out of my way to write reviews often, but they deserve a great review. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to a friend or family member.

Noah and the rest of the customer service staff ant Bonfe are professional and efficient at getting my appointments set up for furnace and A/C tune ups. Bonfe is also my first call for electrical, drain and sewer work. They have night and weekend appointment available to fully serve their clients and dispatch will call with updates for arrival times.

Best service I’ve had for my furnace. Long story short my furnace was acting up at the end of last winter so I wanted to get it looked at before this winter. I called a different company to come and look at it (D**ns…not to name names) and they told me my furnace was not repairable and needed a new one for $5,000. Needing a second opinion, I called Erikson’s and they were able to get me in right away and were on time for my appointment. The service guy (Cole I think his name was) did the tune up and told me all I needed was a good cleaning on the flame sensor and one small part replaced that only costs me a small amount of money. I really appreciate their customer service and the fact that they didn’t feel the need to push a new furnace on me when all I needed was a tune up. Love their honesty and how fast the service was! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and using them from here on out!

John was great. Fixed my hot water pressure issue, gave me multiple options with estimates for each. He walked me through how each differed and what the advantages of each were. Highly recommended.

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

JD and his associate Chris arrived promptly at our scheduled time. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful. They inspected our waterlines and told me that I did not need them to install frost-free spigots as our lawn irrigation guy had suggested. They gave me practical steps to resolve our outdoor water source issue. I felt like they were neighbors who just dropped by to be helpful. Neighborliness, integrity, kindness ….
