Best Furnace Replacement in Minneapolis MN

Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. Rescheduled for the next day and they never showed up but they gave me a heads up they would be here the next day. Still never showed up and haven't heard a peep from them since.

Had them out a year ago for a malfunctioning AC. Didn't know much about it. A couple guys from Erickson stopped by and said we needed to replace the AC unit for a cost upwards of 8k. Thought that was fishy. Asked a second opinion from a different contractor and was quoted $400-600 for malfunctioning vents. Erickson also did a poor job of work on repairing leaky faucet, one job needed a second repair a year later from a different contractor. Shop around and don't take their first offer. I was offered a bill credit for some mistakes they made, rather just wash my hands completely of this company. Warned friends and neighbors.

The visit was for an annual AC tune-up. Technician Casey was prompt and gave a courtesy call prior to arrival. She was polite, friendly, and wore shoe covers while inside the house.

I had a leak in my house that could not be seen. Josh did a great job evaluating how much the cost would be with walls in place. Called back to have Josh perform the work after we had walls taken down from water leak; Josh reevaluated the cost explaining everything in detail what new costs would be. Very professional work!

Company was good. Kept me informed leading up to Joey's arrival. Joey was very knowledgeable and informative. Will continue to use Genz Ryan for service.

Andrew and Ed were amazing! They helped fix a leak in our gas line. They took the time to explain what was going on and how they were going to fix it. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work.

I have not had any work completed by Dean’s; however, I did receive an estimate for some electrical work. I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the electrician, Matt, who thoroughly communicated how the work could be completed, options I could consider, and any updated codes that must be followed. He also put on shoe covers before entering my home. One overall critique for the company is to have a “time of day” window for the appt. to give the customer more flexibility with their time.

He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
