Rick and Anthony were on-time, cordial, professional, and did great work. They diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to fix it that were clear to understand. Efficient and professional. I highly recommend Janecky. In 2008 they resolved a plumbing problem within 20 minutes of being onsite - a problem another local plumber could not fix despite making 4 failed attempts. Just used Janecky again (Oct 2016) for a new water heater with install, another great customer service experience. Use them, you will be impressed!

My basement was flooding and I called Deans at 10:43 AM to see if they could send a technician out to help determine the cause. I was first told the maple grove branch would call me with updates. I waited two hours, nothing. Called the general line again (at 12:42 PM) and was told they would call me back. They did call back twice (at 12:54 PM) but didn’t leave a voicemail. I called back twice 5 minutes later at 12:59 PM. I did not reach Dean’s. I then call hours later at 4:19 PM and was told my service was cancelled and there were no technicians available until Monday. Dean’s had my phone number and email and did not have the courtesy to let me know they cancelled my service request. I was dealing with flooding all day and held off on calling another service as I figured Dean’s technicians were busy and I was just waiting in the queue. For a company who’s slogan is “Outrageously professional” the treatment I received (as a new customer mind you) was outrageously unprofessional.
