I had a blockage underneath my kitchen sink and these guys did a great job. I got a call about 30 minutes before the technician arrived. George was friendly, took care to wear shoe covers, and explained everything to me very clearly. He gave me several options and explained the benefits of all of them and gave me his honest opinion on what was best for me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had our main pipe back up that runs out to the street. We called Roto-Rooter and explained the situation to them. They said they would send a tech out as soon as they could. The tech arrived within a couple hours; Brian #936 was courteous and professional. He used some large equipment to first try and remove the clog. After successfully breaking up the blockage he ran the line through a couple more times to clean out the pipes. All in all, a good service.

I had the pleasure of having Andrew. He did a great job, cleaned the junk he got out of my lines and what not. He also shared great information on how to prevent and the dos and do nots down our various drains for products.
