I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Nick arrived on time, assessed our problem, and presented us with three options to resolve it. Once we chose an option, he quickly and competently completed the repair and tried the faucets throughout the house to make sure the problem was completely fixed before he left!

Brent was very punctual and completed the job in a short period of time. Very good work and will request Brent and Erickson for future work.

Jeremy had done a tremendous job on completing several repairs related to plumbing, the water heater unit, and faucets and shower heads, and he did so in a timely manner. Additionally, his knowledge and expertise were quite apparent throughout his service. Lastly, it was Jeremy’s professional, yet friendly, attitude and respectful demeanor that made his service outstanding! I’d recommend him and his affiliates at the Home Works service to anyone who seeks similar repairs and maintenance.

Ryan McGill was awesome to work with. He came out to look at our system as we were having a few issues with our furnace and he was very thorough, made it easy to ask questions, and clearly explained all our options. He even diagnosed some issues with the initial installation that he coordinated to be fixed right away that same day. Great customer service and I will certainly continue to use Genz-Ryan moving forward!

Edward was an amazing drain technician that came to my house. It was a difficult job and I believe most technicians would have given up. Not Edward. He competed the job and we are very happy with the result
