Tim was able to fix my emergency problem! He arrived quickly, listened to the details, and got to work fixing a leak and replacing some faulty parts. He was understanding, kind, and professional. I had two plumbers from bigger plumbing businesses at my house to look at a shower leaking into the basement. Both said the job was likely to trigger a bathroom remodel because there was no way to fix the issue without damaging the insert without damaging the tile without damaging etc etc. Both quoted prices but said I should contact a contractor about a remodel.

I found Alex through Angie's List and sent him pictures of the problem. He said it looked like a hard job, but wasn't sure why the other plumbers recommended a remodel. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and had it done in 2 hours with none of the extra damage the other plumbers predicted. Honest, knowledgeable and hard working.

Our 13 year old water heater went out. We called MN Plumbing and Heating the next morning and they were able to dispatch a plumber out that afternoon. They were able to replace our water heater that same day. I felt the price for the work once all said and done was a little high. Had it been something we could have gone without for a few days, we would have shopped around and perhaps would have saved some money. However, the work was quickly and the plumber was very professional. Besides the price, we are very satisfied with this company.

Our tech, Brad, was at our home within 3.5 hrs of requesting an appointment. He was efficient and helpful (checking to be sure nothing leaked following the snake through our drain) and also helped us get our garbage disposal working again to ensure the entire drain/system was in working order. Appreciate the quick response and fix over the weekend!

This company was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I called for a simple water leak and the same night our water heater went out on us. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone there that afternoon to look at the leak and replace the water heater. The pricing was very competitive as well.

The leak didn't go away from the initial visit and someone had to come back out to look again. He was there less than 15 minutes and fixed it at no cost to us. That's service if I've seen it and both service technicians were very professional. Great all around experience on our end.

Had Erickson Plumbing out to replace 3 inside the house water shutoff valves (for outside spigots) and 2 sink drains. Job very well done by Erick the plumber! He arrived even a little early today! I would have given 5 stars and added professionalism to the high marks if he would have arrived wearing a mask to protect us from possible covid-19. I was able to most of the time remain 6 feet away from him, but this showed little regard for the customer and cdc/govt warnings for critical businesses to remain open, I hope they mandate this common sense approach until we all figure-out covid 19.
IF Erick comes down with covid-19 in the next 2-9 days, I can only hope Erickson Plumbing informs me of this so I don't unwittingly infect my company of 200 people when I myself go back to work on Monday! I wish I had the confidence that this would happen.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
