He was very timely, extremely knowledgeable, and carried a pleasant attitude throughout the entire service. He got the job done in just a few hours for a very reasonable price. On the website, I was even able to print off a coupon for a free inspection which Stu also performed. He was very thorough and explained everything in the simplest terms possible so that everyone involved knew exactly what was going on. Great service, great pricing! Great family owned business. Plumber, one of the Hovde sons, was terrific, and very quick. I had a blown water heater and that had to be replaced. They were here the next morning, worked hard, and even came in $200+ under the initial estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. My neighbor got a bid for the exact same water heater and it came in more than twice as much as my bid from a family owned business. SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
