Our water heater gave up the ghost on a Saturday. I called TJK and I spoke to a great representative who shared that a technician was available to come out to our home in about 2 hours. Being that it was a Saturday, I didn't really expect such prompt service, Our technician, Sid, called before he came out and told us within the minute of when he would be arriving. By the way, it was under 2 hours. Sid was professional, courteous, and explained the installation process. Sid shared that he needed to go back to the shop and pick up a water heater and told us what time he would be back. He came back at the exact time he told us. Sid was very careful and thorough throughout the whole removal and installation process, placing blankets down on our hardwood floor and carpeting. Sid also set up the temperature setting, explaining how to turn it up or down. The area where Sid removed our old water heater and installed the new one was left extremely clean.
While the removal and installation wasn't cheap, it was well worth the price as this was certainly an emergency job.
Thanks to Sid and TJK. I will certainly be calling them again for future services.

I can't say enough about Norblom. Jim and Jake are the best! Jim is the guy to talk to have the appointment set up, super nice, knows plumbing inside and out. We always get someone out quickly. Jake is the guy we ask for every time. He is great, efficient, on time, and works smart. Even has treats for my dogs. We won't ever go anywhere else for plumbing.

They installed highly efficient heat pump AC system for which I had already purchased equipment. Involved removal of old air handler in attic and outside condenser, some duct reconfiguration, new line set, thermostat and minor rewiring. Considering their unfamiliarity with the Blue Ridge brand I purchased, all went very well and system works well. They were neat, efficient and their team were all pleasant, hardworking and helpful. Never had a better HVAC contractor in the 32 years in my home. This industry in my experience is too often pushing unnecessary service and equipment replacement with big markups on unsuspecting consumers . And too often the quality of the installation or service is poor...very similar to used car type experiences. Erickson is refreshingly different and I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again on other projects. A big plus is that they can do their own custom ductwork fabrication in house and dont need subcontractors....the electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs are in house and jobs get done quickly with accountability.

We live in an old home and Kelly Plumbing understands the issues associated with that challenge. Their work is excellent and they frequently recommend more cost-effective solutions when available. They have been and remain our go-to plumbing solution for the last twenty years.

JD and his associate Chris arrived promptly at our scheduled time. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful. They inspected our waterlines and told me that I did not need them to install frost-free spigots as our lawn irrigation guy had suggested. They gave me practical steps to resolve our outdoor water source issue. I felt like they were neighbors who just dropped by to be helpful. Neighborliness, integrity, kindness …. What a nice way to begin my day! :) Thank you so much JD and Chris. I will definitely recommend this plumbing company to my friends and neighbors.

So their open till 7, just went there at 6:35 looking to rent a metal detector. Walked in and an older lady asked me what she could do for me, I said i'm here to rent your metal detector she looked in the corner where they keep there rental stuff and it was full of lawn mowers, I said oh you can't get to it she said no we close in 20 minutes you can come back tomorrow at 8am. I said ah no why would I do that she said well I suppose I can move some stuff, I said no I guess you don't want my business! Too bad I always supported them as a small neighborhood business not anymore. Lost customer for good!

I highly recommend Adam from TJK Plumbing! Adam came on Saturday and quickly diagnosed our problem and determined the spot on 1st floor bathroom ceiling was likely a faulty shower drain tile and not a leaking pipe in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Rather than incurring extra cost by cutting a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling, we agreed to monitor it for now. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

I have had Blaylock come out four times now for about ten different projects ranging from indoor and outdoor faucet replacement to water heater replacement and all the way to pulling out and replacing the main drain running from my kitchen to my sewer (which ran half the length of the house and through the foundation). They've been consistently on-time with next-day response to emergency jobs (they have dedicated residential service to ensure not everything is a corporate client). Their prices are entirely fair for plumbing services (which are not cheap), they work diligently to ensure that the work reflects the time spent, and their quality has been exceptional.

I will continue to use them for further future plumbing projects as they come up. If that's not an endorsement for their services I don't know what is.

Upfront pricing, on-time, and professional. Our water heater went out and Gust plumbing scheduled us in quickly. Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. I will not go anywhere else with my plumbing needs.

This was the first experience I've had with this company. From start to finish it was spectacular. I called because I had a coupon from one of those mailers. I was able to schedule quickly (within 2 days out) and then a day before the repairman was scheduled, the office reached out and said they were in the area and if I was available they could come out same day. Fantastic!In comes Brett. After explaining the toilet leak and why we thought it was leaking (recently had a contractor work on a bathroom project and he had made some modifications to the toilet because it was a little wobbly). Brett listened, explained what could be the problem and the options and pricing. Luckily, the problem didn't warrant us to do some major repair and renovations. He was thorough and explained everything before and after fixing the issue. Brett not only fixed the toilet but in the troubleshooting process, he noticed where the seal in our shower wasn't fully caulked and told us that it looked like water was getting thru and showed us where we needed to re-caulk. We never noticed that before!!! As we were finishing the service call, I thanked him again and especially for finding that caulking issue. He told me that a lot of times leaks are not always caused by what we think so he knows that he should look around for other issues causing leaks. Who knows how long or even if we would have noticed this resulting in long term mold issues.Definitely would recommend Brett and Benjamin Frankly Plumbing. Hopefully no more plumbing issues but if I did, I'd use them again in a heartbeat!
