I'm VERY UNHAPPY with the service I received from this company. They were unable to fix our problem in the end. Charged us for coming out 1st time stating it was fixed, (NOPE NOT FIXED) came back a second time charged us even more and the issue is still the same AS BEFORE HE CAME OUT. I'm in the service industry and if you are UNABLE to fix a problem the money should be returned or you should actually fix what you have been paid for. That's just wrong. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Miguel came out to my house after hours. He was prompt, informative and effective. He was extremely professional, funny and committed. He did an amazing job assessing the situation, and finding a solution for the root problem. We had out another Drain Company come out prior to Gopher Drain and they did not fix the problem....they sucked....I thought I would have to replace the sewer line...Miguel Saved the day and me 10k!!!! I would reuse this company and Miguel for any Sewer and Drain issues if I ever have it again.....Hopefully not.... Thanks Miguel!!!!

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
