Omer and O&W Heating and Cooling were absolute lifesavers. My husband and I had an old Central Air unit that was causing some issues with our HVAC, come to find out, it was a much bigger issue. But, Omer was quick to try and help us out and extremely knowledgeable about everything he does and even gave us a few tips, pointers and basic homeowner lessons (which being new homeowners was very much appreciated). All in all we thought we were going to be without central air for at least a couple of weeks and Omer managed to not only find a central air unit (which because of COVID there are shortages) but also to install it all in a couple of days. The responsiveness and helpfulness was appreciated and has just earned O&W Heating and Cooling a client for life. My husband and I would 100% recommend Omer and his company to everyone!

I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. I can't say enough good things about Milestone! I called them because of the great reviews, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. From the initial contact through the end of the job, everyone we dealt with was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get here quickly, and properly diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day for a super reasonable price. Our service guys even went above and beyond to find a needed part so that we wouldn't be without hot water over a holiday weekend. So much appreciated!! They even made an extra FREE trip back here to pick up a part we ordered even though they had done US the favor in the first place! Just an all around wonderful experience.

The technician was professional however we paid $267 for him to fix nothing now I have to call another service. Too expensive for a review of the job.

I'm on a first name basis with two of their employees. I've had excellent service, and when I haven't, someone has stepped up to help. They've helped me with several projects...refurbishing a baby crib, installing a patio, installing a sink, repairing cracks/gaps in cement around foundation of my home, installing a screen/storm door, etc. Special shout out to Kevin, always a helping hand!

I had a new furnace and air conditioner unit installed (Goodman) and within 1year the AC system failed. I was told by Seider owner Todd Seider that this was a top of the line unit. They sent out Corey, a repair technician , who stated that the unit was defective. They sent out a Goodman rep along with Corey and they inspected the unit and agreed to replace the entire unit within a month due to covid. A month later Todd Seider refuse to replace the unit and instead said that the hard start kit they put on the BRAND NEW unit was sufficient and all they could do. Please don't be conned by this company like I was. We spent $4000.00 on a faulty unit.
Update: The owner Blake Seider reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and made things right. I was very impressed with his kindness and professionalism. We all make mistakes and it takes a real professional company, who are committed to customer service to step up and make things right.
