Best Water Filtration System Repair in Milwaukee WI

Had a waterline burst in condo🥴. After the first guy came out and “fixed” the problem I left for a short errand. By the time I came back about an hour later I came home to water rushing out of my garage from the house. After getting water shut off again and calling company at least 4x they were so concerned that they didn’t said anyone back out till the next day! While the guy that came out next day did a good job, he was really surprised at the quality of the 1st technicians work! So now I have to deal with hard wood floors that are ruined as well as some additional drywall repairs. While I’m glad the nightmare is over, I’m not happy with what transpired at a hefty $1100 dollar repair!!

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

Excellent regarding Everything; quality, professional, efficient, effective, & $! I couldn't vouche for them more. (Had to install new water heater.) This is the 3rd time I've used them (other time toilet repair and shower handle & slow drain). Local small business does it again.

The best thing I can say about Milestone is that I trust them completely in my house. I have left and given the plumber the garage code and told him to lock up when he was done. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. About to call them again for a new issue. Again, I can't give them a better recommendation aside from Trust and Using them again.

I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a kitchen install of plumbing. They forgot to book the appointment, and when I called the day before to confirm they were coming, the only thing they could offer me was a week away. That is not how a professional business is run.

I don’t know how well they do their services but I was unsatisfied with just trying to get a price estimate. The woman i spoke to told me that they do not give prices over the phone but that there is a service charge for coming to my home. So if I don’t want to pay for a potentially expensive service I would have to still pay 99$ for them to come to my house? I wasn’t asking for an exact price, but anyone should be able to give an estimate or at least not charge for coming and giving me one.

I read over the lowered starred reviews after I posted mine and I can see that this isn’t the first time this has happened. I will give the company credit for responding to all their reviews and just want to clarify that I am not angry, but for a first time potential customer it is hard to have someone just come to your house with having no idea what the cost on a service will be. Also, whoever did answer the phone did not mention the service charge price till the end of the conversation which could have been an innocent mistake but from the customer’s perspective it doesn’t make us feel confident in your company.

*** first of all I made it clear that I was not upset at your company. However after reading your response I am. All I was trying to let you know is that it can be hard for a FIRST TIME customer to have someone come to their home without some kind of estimate. Every other company I called gave me one. It wouldn’t hurt for you to consider waiving that fee for first time customers. You make it sound like you give 2 cents about people but apparently it’s only to those people that give you good reviews. No one was knocking your service quality. It would have been nice for you to have been more considerate and kind to those who have concerns.
