A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

I just moved into my house and needed some plumbing fixes. I had a list of like eight things. The two gentlemen who came over reviewed each task with me and told me which projects were worth fixing versus replacing, what could and could not be done, etc. They finished what they could in a couple hours (relatively quick). I have better water pressure, some new pipes, a safer water heater, a working sink, and a couple new faucets. I am very happy with the quality of the work. Their pricing was reasonable for all that they did. I'll be calling Milestone back in the future.

We called Cliff Bergin today because we had no hot water and within 45 mins Jason was here. He explained what was wrong and all our options. He replaced our water heater and reviewed maintenance and what to look for if problems. Excellent response, excellent work and friendly, helpful service.
