Very, very impressed with Plugged Pipes, LLC. After getting the runaround with a few other plumbers, we found Mike and we couldn't have had a better experience. He kept things extremely clean and he and his staff were very respectful. He figured out our problem immediately and got the job done in the most timely manner. His equipment is top notch and he's extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have found our life long plumber!

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

I called with a small (non-emergency) plumbing problem and they had me scheduled immediately. Ray showed up in the arrival window he gave and was extremely friendly and helpful. He knew what the job entailed before he arrived and was all prepared and was done quickly. He made some helpful suggestions to simplify the next phase of the project too.
