Had a leak in our shower and contacted Milestone. Easy to schedule an appoint and quick, service. The plumbing was friendly and explained everything. They had to open up a wall to fix the issue and they did a super nice and clean job. They would have patched the hole with a standard service panel but I want to finish it myself with something nicer. All-in All very good work and a reasonable, affordable price.
Something else I think is cool is that this is a Woman own business, the owner, Jessie, is super friendly and it is great to offer a woman to certain clients that might feel intimidated by a male plumber in their home.

I used Viking Plumbing several years ago to fix an issue with the drain in the upper unit of my duplex.

While the work was completed, I was shocked to find that the plumber left a GAPING HOLE in the wall that he went into -- and had no intention of fixing it.

Maybe it's the Girl Scout in me, but I was always told that you should leave things in better condition then when you found them -- clearly Viking Plumbing does not live by these same principles.

When I called to let them know that their contractor hadn't finished the work, I was told that they don't do repair -- just plumbing.

Really? So, you don't finish jobs, is what you're telling me. The bill was roughly $370 and I told them until someone came out to patch the hole, I was not paying the bill.

No one came to fix the hole. I never paid the bill.

Then, YEARS later, I get a call from a debt collector, trying to collect NEARLY $600 from me -- so, not only did they not finish the job, they're now adding another $200 to my bill?

I had to pay a separate contractor to come out and patch the wall that someone else had ruined. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This company has terrible customer service, questionable ethics, and dismal results when it comes to finishing their work. I 100% DO NOT recommend their services.

Brad, Andy, and Jacob installed the plumbing, shower, and toilet for our new basement bathroom. They were so great to work with. They were professional, on time, and communicated every step of the process with us. I would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing to anyone. George was great too. Even when I had to call and change the schedule a bit, she went above and beyond with communication and meeting our needs.
