Great experience! The guys were on time, professional, and very efficient. I had a well closed, sump pump line moved, and an outdoor water spigot repaired in just under two days. They cleaned the areas that they worked in, and were very detailed when explaining the work they did. Even cleaned an oil stain their truck accidentally left in my driveway. Very happy customer and will call again!

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

The work crew is extremely clean and tidy every morning and night for setup and clean up. Very friendly and courteous would be the best way to describe his staff. Communication is an A+ and we all know how lacking that is in the contractor world. No problem with Borth-Wilson. And above all else beautiful work. Our tile setter Casey did a great job. Plumbing in a closet for a new washer/dryer combo unit. On time, well planned and executed, cleaned up site and professional service.

I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a kitchen install of plumbing. They forgot to book the appointment, and when I called the day before to confirm they were coming, the only thing they could offer me was a week away. That is not how a professional business is run.

Bryant(? spelling). arrived in less than 1/2 hour. Gave me 2 options that he can do. Explained everything. Gave me an estimate, finished job in about an hour, with the he estimate he quoted. My drain clogged last nigh, Tuesday evening, called 4 business, all were unable to come untill Monday, today being Wednesday. I got a text via the chat place in the web and got a person, came in 1/2 hour before I hung up the phone. But going Thur number listed in web, receptionist informed only available time was for tomorrow. (??) I was glad I did the chat option.
