I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

I had a major problem with a sewer line that needed significant repair. Jeff was able to quickly diagnose the problem and started working on the problem that day. He and his team were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Good experience overall.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.

I had an extremely clogged floor drain and already had a different plumbing company come in to fix but to no avail after almost 2 hours. That company recommended Roto-Rooter.

Kent from Roto-Rooter was very professional and honest. He was at the house for almost 2 hours and had to unclog in 2 different directions. He even helped me see where these severe clogs were and also how to develop a preventative maintenance schedule for the future which was much appreciated. Price was very reasonable for the severity $345

Highly recommend! Adam came out to a pretty complicated backup I had in my basement. It didn't totally clear up the first time he came out so they promptly sent him out the next day. He totally cleared everything up and didn't charge me for the extra hour of work. Adam also fixed another problem I had during the initial 2 hour service call and didn't charge me any additional for that either. They deal with some pretty complicated issues but it is clear they always do it with the customer's best interests in mind. Will be calling them again when I need something done.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Adam and Nick were very professional and knowledgeable of replacing our boiler heating system. Adam explained step by step the process of the installation and what we could expect for the 1 1/2 days that they would be in our home. Day of completion Adam and Nick cleaned up behind themselves and broiler installation was done perfectly. We are happy to have had service done by Action Heating and Cooling! My suggestion would be to call other plumbers before using Gene Wagner. I have used them in the past without any issues. This time I referred them to my son for a clogged valve in the kitchen sink, the work itself was fine and the problem was corrected. However, we were charged an additional $140 plus fuel cost of 7.50 for travel time from when the driver called in for the work order and the time he arrived at the house (38 minutes). There was no mention when we set up the appointment that the travel time would be extensive and costly. I found this odd and called other area plumbers who said they do not charge travel time on top of the work provided. (Most others charge a fee of maybe 95 dollars to come out and that amount is then put towards the word done). I spoke with Scott at Wagner Plumbing and he stated he would talk with the driver and get back to me which he did not. I waited 5 days and called again, he agreed that the travel time may have been high and stated that it is because it is based off of the location of where the last job was done and offered me a “coupon”. I called back and left a message for him to call me which he did not. I will not use them again or refer them to anyone, they are very unprofessional.
