I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

This summer my furnace fan motor went out. I called O & W Heating, and they came out right away. I was so happy with the service tech that I end up replacing my Furnace instead of making a repair on my 21 year old furnace. The installation crew was great, clean up after them self's and made sure I new what was going on all the time. When I get my A/C replaced I'm calling O & W Heating!

Very disappointed. Called on Saturday night and the operator told me that the plumber will call me back within minutes. Over an hour later, I called again and I was told that he will call me and to have patience. When one has sewage in the basement patience is the last thing that one can have. Today is Wednesday and I still didn't get that phone call.

Prompt professional service . 130 dollars for a half hour inspection of a water heater. Arrived the day I called.

The best of the 'hardware' stores. I like being able to look up items I need online and seeing where they are located in the store ahead of time, which saves a lot of time. Service is great, and employees are knowledgeable. Only wish they would still cut plywood and plexiglass to size like they did in the past. Must be some liability thing now. Otherewise, an all-around awesome experience for any home needs.

Brain and his assistant were AWESOME! Came a day ahead of time, even better. Very professional and easy to work with. Upfront with expectations, over deliveries. My water heater was replaced in an hour. You cant ask for anyone better. Thank you!
