We had a backed up basement drain and a slow-draining bath tub. Austin and Chris quickly fixed both issues! Would definitely recommend and use again!

My furnace went out in winter, early evening. Dickenschrauf came out right away, assessed and came the next day to replace my old furnace. They gave me a couple of options. Quick, easy, reasonable and clean. I hope I don't have to call them anytime soon, but I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service.

I was very pleased with the people I worked with, including Mike and Isaac. I found them through the Yellow Pages and needed their help right away, as I had an active water leak inside my house. Mike came on a Sunday evening to make sure the water was turned off properly, which gave me great peace of mind. Isaac came the next day and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained what he was going to do and the cost. He was very efficient and fixed the leak in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them as they were very dependable and did exactly what they said they would do and were punctually.

They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

They need to double check there work before they leave to make sure what they were hired for is fixed, and that it is working before they leave. This was not done, and I would never recommend this company. Terrible experience. I was not impressed at all... Poor!! One star is to many.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

The owner came over to do an estimate and take some measurements. He basically told me what I wanted done, he wouldnt do. Fine. He then told me he would get back to me with some estimates on what he could do with the space. I was lookIng to spend about 15K on the remodel. He never got back to me with an estimate and never called. Very rushed and short with me. I get that you are busy buddy. I own a business as well and can tell you know nothing of the business side of your outfit. Waste of time. Oh, and it took over a week to get an estimate appointment. They have all these great reviews which is why I called them. With all this said, I have to give them a 1 star. I’m sure they do ok work, just don’t see them as very professional.

We have been using Knauer Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for almost 30 years. They are friendly, accommodating, clean, professional and never try to overcharge or sell you unneeded services. They explain what the problem is, do an excellent job taking care of it and are efficient without cutting corners. I always feel confident in their work.

We had an all around great experience with PJs after our three year old decided to flush a toy car down the toilet!

We called Paul around noon and were lucky enough that he was able to make it to our house the same afternoon. He was professional and courteous during his visit, even listening to the same three-year old introduce all of her favorite toys by name.

We'll definitely make use of PJs again in the future and would recommend anyone in the Milwaukee area to do the same!
